Texas Holdem Question (Total Vanity - War Diversion Post)
My Own Fertile Imagination ^ | 7/13/06 | Me

I had something come up last night while teaching my wife how to play Texas Hold em'.

When the face up cards (Flop, Turn & River) come up with something like... well, last night for instance, a straight flush ..... how do you play your hold cards?

...and yes, I looked like a moron last night ...

Fighting Irish out - try the veal.

Okay, now it's making sense to me. The only way you could have a sole winner of the pot is if someone else had a bigger spade (e.g: a Jack of spades) to make a bigger straight flush. In this case however, it's a split pot.

It's a tie, between all who stayed in the game.

Hey, could you ping the poker ping list to this post?

I bought a magazine called "Deal, the magazine for poker players" It had a disk in it with an aledged poker tutorial. I put it in and it locked up my computer. I tried restarting the computer and it had really jacked things up as the computer would not boot. I had to do a repair from my XP disk to get back up and running. Just wanted to warn the crew.

Thanks.
