If Hincapie is holding back, it is an extremely risky strategy. If he still has the legs, he would do much better to hang with the Kloden group and try to get away near the end. Unfortunately, I suspect he does not have the legs. It's beginning to look like DSC is a one trick pony... :-(

Hincapie's almost four minutes behind Landis/Kloden & Co. It seems doubtful he can catch on with even a great descent.
