Q: Mr. Fields? What would your father say if he knew you drank a fifth of scotch a day!"
A: "What would he say? Why, he'd call me a sissy!"

The Thin Man is an overlooked basket of wonderful jewels. They had a style; really the same style as promoted in this magazine. But witty banter, fast talk, and a joy to watch. (And of course, "The Thin Man" wasn't Nick, but Nora's dad from the first movie...they just strung the title out for recognition in all the future sequels.)
