No special side. Some are for Italy, some are for France.

Hehe, couldn´t care less who ranks third behind Germany (and Brazil) :) - and yes, when I saw Zidane´s goal, I was reminded of 1966, too.

Who´s out-classing whom? If it comes to single impressive players, nobody beats Zidane and Henry. If it weren´t for both, France would definitely lose that match, but since both are playing, the game is exciting.

It would also be nice to see an African team win the World Cup. Ohh, wait is France in Europe, I'm confused.

That was a good one.

Zidane´s hurt at the shoulder. When he´s out, it will be an even tougher rest of the game for France.

Ok, Italians are looking weaker than the French now, they make more mistakes. But they sure as heII have a great defense. Will we go into extra time???

I hope this game does NOT get decided by penalty kicks.

It was, I saw the slow-motion, and the side-ref has seen it very early.

I hope so too. Buffon may be great during active play, but stopping penalties is NOT his strength.

I thought that the Germans despite that they cannot stand the French (no one in the world does :) ), may be rooting more for France so Italy will not have a 4th world cup and put Germany in a third place record after Brazil (5) and Italy.

In any case I am glad it was not resolved by that penalty kick by France. Looked a bit dodgy to me.

If the French score in extra time, I wouldn´t want PK, too. But if they don´t, what do WE have to lose? We will see some exciting minutes, and I always like PK. Ok, Germany never lost PK´s, so I´m somewhat biased and like it.

Yeah, that´s what I and many others think. But many others have Italian friends, get a free pizza at their next pizzeria/osteria when Italy wins or something like that. There are well reasons for both sides.

Yes, I got to drop them a $50 later on tonight.

Clearly offsides, but it's too damn technical - the attacker and defender were running neck and neck with the attacker only a nose ahead. They need to get rid of this rule and replace it with a "time" based offsides, where you can't linger in front of the goal for more than a set period.

Hey which of these coaches believes in Astrology.

According to what I heard the coach does not even allow people born under the sign of Scorpio to be on the team..

What the heck is that about????
