At the NFL(American football) stadium in Cleveland they don't sell anything in bottles anymore because of an "incident" with them in 2001.

They still sell soft drinks in bottles but the cap is removed and thrown away by person behind the counter before they hand it over.
Alcohol is only sold in plastic cups and has to be consumed in the area around the bar and cannot be taken back to your seat and has strict times it can be sold like they stop selling it so long before the game starts and it is not on sell during the game.

At the NFL(American football) stadium in Cleveland they don't sell anything in bottles anymore because of an "incident" with them in 2001. The Houston Oilers were victims of a similar incident that originted from the Dawg Pound sometime in the late 80s.
