Am I reading you correctly? You are arguing that Cintra-Zachary's refusal to release the financial details of the contract is evidence of conspiracy, yet you do not know whether C-Z has released the information or not?

Has it complied with the Texas AG's office, or is it challenging the ruling? I would think once that is established this ring-around-the-rosie should end.

It doesn't matter. These people who are opposed to international trade, or even the existence of any foreigners at all, will latch on to any excuse to oppose anything like this.

They're xenophobic protectionists and no amount of reasoning with them will change a thing.

They can't be satisfied.

They're peeing their pants about a ROAD.

These morons would oppose the discovery a new HARBOR.

No, you are not. It was TXDOT (last thing I knew, an agency of the State of Texas and answerable to the citizens of Texas) that refused to release the financials in its contract with C-Z.

I don't know about you and dog gone, but I, for one demand transparency by the bureaucrats who are handling massive amounts of Texas taxpayers' money.

Regardless of what TXDOT may (or may not) have done of late, their initial refusal to reveal the contract financials should (at the very minimum) result in the firing of Ric Williamson -- and those of his staff who were involved.
