No, you are not. It was TXDOT (last thing I knew, an agency of the State of Texas and answerable to the citizens of Texas) that refused to release the financials in its contract with C-Z.
I don't know about you and dog gone, but I, for one demand transparency by the bureaucrats who are handling massive amounts of Texas taxpayers' money.
Regardless of what TXDOT may (or may not) have done of late, their initial refusal to reveal the contract financials should (at the very minimum) result in the firing of Ric Williamson -- and those of his staff who were involved.
TXDOT is a party to the agreement that C-Z is suing the Texas AG to delay its disclosure.
You're probably not willing to admit that you've never looked through the Texas State Budget even once in your entire life.
