"I think when people say 'American way,' they're actually talking about what the 'American way' meant back in the '40s and '50s, which was something more noble and idealistic."

How stupid. The United States is still the only country on earth people are willing to risk their lives to get to. "The American way" still means something to the rest of the world, even if it means nothing to Hollyweird. This is another movie I won't see, even though I was a fan of Christopher Reeves' "Superman."

I just got back from the theater and I was relatively pleased with the movie. If it was just judged on the way it is said in the movie I probably wouldn't have been bothered by it but hearing the writer's take on it makes me regret having paid my money to see it.

Wrong. Each day hundreds of Africans try to get across the street of Gibraltar to reach EU mainland. Many don´t make it over there.
