If I do a search on my real name I can find a free type site that has my name and email addresses. As well as a few things I may have done that never happened. I know they never happened, because I wasn't born or was under 5 during most of the incidents. The person thinks I am someone else under an assumed name. Even after I wrote and let them know otherwise. Yet, I never thought of suing the website.
I suppose he might want to post there, but considering that he is upset that someone is posting about HIM, I doubt it. And the difference seems to be that on the one website it is very personal. On the other website it is general. I have no problems with a site if it wants to bash in general, but not anonymously on a personal level. Now, again, if people want to get involved in a very public Jerry Springer episode, and not on an anonymous basis, then they should go for it.
