I'm glad to see Nifong realizes that commenting on a pending case is unethical (he admits such in his email)

I think the prosecutor is obliged to convince the public that a crime was committed. This is not a case of mistaken identity or incorrect identification of the preps.

There is no crime. There are no perps.

No, we are required to convince a JURY a crime was committed. To create undue prejudice through unmerited publicity is an ethical breach.

I'd like to see a transcript, because I think "Dr." Baden made some false statements. He said tissue was found UNDER her BROKEN nail. Megyn called him on the "UNDER the nail" statement. Where is he getting that the nail was BROKEN? I think he also claimed it was one of the players' DNA, when there was not a definitive match.

I appreciate the difference between the public and and a jury, but if the general public can't see any evidence that a crime was committed, it creates distrust for law enforcement. Particularly when a prosecution is associated with an election.

I have been told by several attorneys that Nifong's tactics are, in principal, not unusual. I will never believe a prosecutor again.

Abrams also referred to the accuser's original police statement, and said she was very detailed about who was where and what they were doing at the party. As Dan said, she won't be able to claim now that she was drugged.

If she was lucid and able to provide specific details by Mar. 16, what excuse can there possibly be for the three week delay in her making the three IDs?

Abrams said the accuser said three men grabbed Kim and forcibly separated them as she and Kim clung to each other. Three other men took the accuser in the bathroom. So why has Nifong said he anticipates no further indictments? What about those three other men? This is beyond ridiculous.

I taped the Abrams report at 6:00 tonight and will watch it later tonight. Alan Colmes keeps screaming night after night that "it's all defense spin".

I wonder if Sean Hannity is caught up to speed that Abrams and others have been given ALL the discovery material?
