I'm glad to see Nifong realizes that commenting on a pending case is unethical (he admits such in his email)

I think the prosecutor is obliged to convince the public that a crime was committed. This is not a case of mistaken identity or incorrect identification of the preps.

There is no crime. There are no perps.

No, we are required to convince a JURY a crime was committed. To create undue prejudice through unmerited publicity is an ethical breach.
