Cops in New York City finally got a leg up on a freaky foot fetishist who got his giggles fondling women’s tootsies while wearing a Superman getup, the New York Post reports.
Sean Cumberbatch was charged with menacing, forcible touching and harassment after he couldn’t keep his mitts off the hooves of unsuspecting ladies.
The super-zero was first busted in April when he chased down a woman in his super-dude duds, sat on the sidewalk in front of her, wrapped his cape around her legs and snatched one of her sandals.

'SUPER' FREAK: COSTUMED FOOT-SICKO AN 'ARCH' ENEMY

June 15, 2006 -- Cops have tripped up a Brooklyn heel who gets his kicks from fondling women's feet - while sometimes wearing a Superman shirt, authorities said yesterday.
Sean Cumberbatch, 21, of Flatbush, was charged with menacing, forcible touching and harassment after trying to grab and rub the feet of three Park Slope women.
Cops got a leg up on the fumbling fetishist when he went to Brooklyn Criminal Court Tuesday to face charges of having a fondness for the feet of three other Park Slope women.
After being taken into custody, Cumberbatch was ID'd by his three new victims and arrested.
The fondler was first busted on April 13 when, wearing a Superman shirt and a red cape, he approached a 24-year-old woman at Union Street and Fourth Avenue.
He began following the woman, who rushed into the street and yelled, "Stop following me and leave me alone!" authorities said.
The woman called 911 on her cellphone and the suspect appeared to leave. But suddenly he reappeared and sat on the sidewalk in front of her. Authorities said he grabbed the woman's legs and wrapped his cape around them.
Then he rubbed her feet, took off one of her sandals, and left with the trophy, authorities said.
Yelling for help, the victim followed the caped crackpot, and he threw the sandal back at her.
At that point, cops arrived, and Cumberbatch was busted after two other women said he tried to fondle their feet on March 12 and April 2. But he was released after posting $500 bail.
Authorities said the latest attack occurred Sunday when the Flatbush man came up behind a 20-year-old woman as she was entering her Berkley Place apartment and grabbed her foot.
She screamed and the suspect fled.
On May 25, a 29-year-old woman saw Cumberbatch following her.
When the woman screamed, the suspect ran off.
Early on the morning of May 15, a 24-year-old woman saw Cumberbatch following her.
When she opened the door to her Garfield Place building, she saw the man behind her.
Authorities said the pervert then bent down, grabbed a shoe and began caressing her foot.
The woman began screaming and Cumberbatch allegedly dropped the shoe and ran off.
