Make sure to reserve a seat for a lawyer and another one for a bail bondsman, or for a sack of your own cash that you can do without for a year or two. You want an example of "trumped up charges" and "abuse of process"? Be an out-of-stater in Durham making a lot of noise about this case.

It'd be fun, but honest to God I don't think I'll even be visiting relatives in NC any more now that I've seen what kind of legal system they have there.
