Exactly. My mom used to get irate about people saying "well, the victim never should have been there", but those saying it were never lawyers!
Thinking of that sort does not belong in the courts of a free state. ergo, one who espouses such lines of thought in such a court does not belong in a free state. By his own words, this lawyer has declared open season upon himself.
