Author Jerome Corsi and Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-Colo., will be guests tomorrow on G. Gordon Liddy's radio show to discuss the White House's effort to implement a trilateral agreement with Mexico and Canada that could lead to a North American union, despite having no authorization from Congress.
Corsi and Tancredo will join Liddy for the entire 11 a.m. hour, Eastern time, and take calls from listeners.
Corsi reported this week that Bush administration working groups have not disclosed the results of their work despite two years of massive effort within the executive branches of the U.S., Mexico and Canada.
The groups, working under the North American Free Trade Agreement office in the Department of Commerce, are to implement the Security and Prosperity Partnership, or SPP, signed by President Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox and then-Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin in Waco, Texas, March 23, 2005.
The trilateral agreement, signed as a joint declaration not submitted to Congress for review, led to the creation of the SPP office within the Department of Commerce.
Geri Word, who heads the SPP office, told WND the work had not been disclosed because, "We did not want to get the contact people of the working groups distracted by calls from the public."
WND can find no specific congressional legislation authorizing the SPP working groups nor any congressional committees taking charge of oversight.
Many SPP working groups appear to be working toward achieving specific objectives as defined by a May 2005 Council on Foreign Relations task force report, which presented a blueprint for expanding the SPP agreement into a North American union that would merge the U.S., Canada and Mexico into a new governmental form.

International Bridges and Border Crossings
Existing and Proposed
2006
And all that's on the page is a discussion of convergence of "vehicle and driving standards." LOL!! THAT is evidence of some conspiracy to form an NAU??
There are already a "convergence of aircraft and flying standards" in aviation WORLDWIDE. The global language of aviation is ENGLISH. There are GLOBAL standards for runway markings so that pilots are not confused. Every international pilot knows Morse -- SAMUEL MORSE, AMERICAN!!
First people complain that Mexican trucks and truck drivers are unsafe; then, when action is taken to make sure that they conform to our standards, it's a conspiracy!! FREAKING HILARIOUS!!!
Harmonizing driving and vehicle standards is a long way from adopting a uniform currency.
You define it. What is a working group?
Actually I was interested in the approval and funding process which is stated in this document. The EO below not only relates to bridges but corridors, border crossings, and pipelines as well. I have not stated my opinion, I'm just gather facts at this point. As far as the slander and name calling, its child's play and I'm not interested.

United States: The U.S. federal approval process begins with the application for a Presidential Permit. The process is based on the International Bridges Act of 1972, (33 U.S.C. 535 et seq.) and Executive Order (E.O.) 11423, 33 FR 11741 (1968) as amended by E.O. 12847, 58 FR 96 (1993). The law authorizes the President to issue permits for construction of international bridges and to issue a Presidential Permit for a bridge if construction is deemed to be in the national interest. An additional amendment, Executive Order 13337, signed on April 30, 2004, relates to the Issuance of Permits with Respect to Certain Energy- Related Facilities and Land Transportation Crossings on the International Boundaries of the United States. The E.O. applies to:
pipelines, conveyor belts, and similar facilities for the exportation or importation of all products;
facilities for the exportation or importation of water or sewage to or from a foreign country;
facilities for the transportation of persons or things, or both to or from a foreign country;
bridges, to the extent that congressional authorization is not required;
similar facilities above or below ground; and
border crossings for land transportation, including motor and rail vehicles, to or from a foreign country.
The responsibility for issuing Presidential Permits has been delegated to the Department of State. Prior to the International Bridges Act, approval to construct an international bridge was granted by individual Acts
of Congress.
If the report is true, it's bad news for America.
You can take it to the bank, that Hillary was
scheming for POWER, MONEY and the WHITE HOUSE!
Thanks Phil
Anything and about everything remotely connected with her unroyal lowness is hideously destructive for America.
Mrs. Whiner, and Mr. Wino! |
My "state of mind" is just fine and dandy; however, since you can not answer any of my questions, your childish post to me, is really all you could have written and still told yourself that you are not only in the right, but the "better" person. Pity that.....................
LOL.......what else can you expect from such people?
I've seen several articles on this very subject. We are losing our sovereignty, and that is why Bush refuses to do anything about the border problem.
according to him, there is no border now.
