Either the university itself or the lacrosse team should sue that prosecutor and the city of Durham into tommorrow-morrow land. In fact the president of the university should call the mayor of Durham on the phone and ask him how he'd view the possibility of the entire university packing its bags and moving to some other little southern town. In fact, as a parent, it's very far from obvious at this point that I'd want a kid going to school in Durham NC.
Ann Coulter is out trashing victimhood. But when it all said and done these three Duke lacrosse players will represent the ultimate victims of liberalism. My problem is not with the accuser. The accuser is a mess of a human being. She is probably not ever literate even though she is represented as a college student. If she were to appear in any public forum, she would be seen as the pathetic person she is. It someone else's job to protect the pathetic from themselves. My problem is with all the college educated liberal scum who were drooling over the possibility of a delusion come true. The rich privileged white boys gang raping a woman of color. Dream on you liberal scum, my kind will make these victims, heroes.

In court documents filed Thursday, attorney Kirk Osborn said that Durham, North Carolina, police "intentionally, deliberately and/or recklessly omitted" information from a probable cause affidavit -- information Osborn says would have persuaded the judge not to file felony charges against three of the players.

This little girl is probably the ultimate victim of liberalism:
Her name was Milica Rakic. At three years of age when she was killed by a NATO/KKKlintonista bomb hundreds of kilometers from anything remotely resembling a legit military target, Milica probably has the dubious distinction of being Slick KKKlinton's youngest female victim.
Being intimately familiar with said military operations, it was nigh impossible to tell what was a "legtimate military target" and what was not, just like in all non-conventional battles. Daddy probably had RPGs in the basement.
That said, the entire operation was stupid and we should not have been there.
