Finally found the thread!
A nuke has just been dropped on Nifong's case.
His head is going to explode, because I don't think he read through much of the evidence before deciding to run with this case.
Kim must be on the phone to her lawyer by now too.

That will be his claim when he is on the stand. But I think he knew all this. He refused to hear defense evidence. He knew he had not case. Durham at least will pay for this. I hope that Nifong gets jail time.
