That will be his claim when he is on the stand. But I think he knew all this. He refused to hear defense evidence. He knew he had not case. Durham at least will pay for this. I hope that Nifong gets jail time.

In NC, he is REQUIRED by law to tell the Grand Jury exculpatory information, which most of this sounds like.
