The motion also says the alleged victim told Durham police that she had performed for a couple at a Raleigh hotel hours before the Duke lacrosse party. She told police that she used a vibrator. Osborn suggests that could be the source of the vaginal injuries mentioned in the rape kit report. (snip) Osborn says the accuser gave conflicting accounts of what happened. The motion says medical records indicate she told a doctor that she used no alcohol or drugs. The accuser told the sexual assault nurse that she had consumed one drink of alcohol and was taking Flexeril, a prescription drug used to treat muscle spasms.
The alleged victim told a doctor the next day at UNC Hospitals that "she was drunk and had had a lot of alcohol that night," the motion said.
She later told police that she had consumed a 24-ounce bottle of beer and then told police she had two 22-ounce bottles of beer, according to the motion.

Gretta has one Newsweek Meadows the date rape drug dupe:
1. Meadows tells the vibrator story.
2. Gretta ask if vibrator could cause swelling? Meadows says yes.
3. Gretta asks about the Roberts saying the rape story was a crock. Meadows confirms and says Roberts was with Mangum all but a very short time.
4. Meadows mentions the claim of a 30 min rape after Roberts claim of only 5 minutes separated.
5. Gretta asks about Mangum statements. Meadows says lots of stories about her drinking. Story changed with each medical person she saw. Meadow says judge has not ruled on any of the defense motions yet.
She's been helpful to herself only, or so she thinks.
What she, and even perhaps Nifong, don't realize is that her public statements now, viewed in the light of her original statements, show a serious demonstration of a conspiracy.

How did Nifong think he was going to get away with the accuser mentioning that Kim helped in the attack but Nifong doesn't indict Kim along with the 3 guys?

So, do you think that Nifong didn't look at the DPD evidence like he wouldn't look at the pictures or the lie detector test? Did he only look at the things that would be good for his case so he could later say that he didn't see it?

Hammar talks about the SANE report. Says it is nothing and could be consistent with the vibrator story.
Gretta want to hear from Nifong. Said on the show he seems not like a nut. Hammar says he should respond in pleading too.
Gretta says if he has nothing it is reprehensible. Hammar mention Nifong is unconsionable. Hammar says no conviction without two witnesses or the date rape drug.
Suppress the search warrants, but taken altogether, it looks like a path to a motion for dismissal.
Depends on whether the court in the state trying to compel has or has had jurisdiction over the person.
