There were 30,169 speeders clocked at 76 mph or more on Loop 101 during the warning phase of the photo enforcement program between Jan. 22 and Feb. 21. This is total BS. In one month's time???? 76 mph or more????
Clearly they have faulty equipment.

I'm not familiar with Loop 101. On some roads they don't need a radar for photo enforcement at that speed. They could just film everyone and elimate the few who are blocking traffic.

Not really. I see people doing that all the time on the Interstate.
Coming back from DC, I averaged about 75 and people were passing me like I was standing still. Especially on the 495 beltway at night.
