Other dancer in Duke rape case felt unsafe

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - An exotic dancer who performed for Duke University lacrosse players the night of the alleged rape of a fellow dancer said in an interview the students behaved drunkenly, shouted racial epithets and made her feel unsafe.

The 50th sample?? Goes back to what I said earlier: that she probably told the cop to keep his hands off her or she'll scream rape. Probably why she told him she didn't want to talk to him anymore. Another words, the cop originally took her there to clear himself because he knew who she was by the time he made a couple of calls, knew she was a b**** besides being a hooker.

That's what happened in the City near me and kinda under the same circumstances. The ho had a mile long record. Rape is an escape from jail.

What that means is that there were 23 rape kit specimen items for them to look at. It doesn't mean there were 23 viable sources of evidence actually found on her.

Right, the SANE shined a UV [I think]light on her and swabbed areas that showed up. Each swab would have had potential DNA to test on them but they could have been a mixture with too little of any to test or just one with too little to test. Can the UV light show areas that don't contain DNA?

BTW, I wonder too if any of Robert's DNA was on Mangum. Finally as I originally say, I did find your information on Latino quite informative.

This is kinda dumb at this point, but can someone clear up my thoughts. Crystal wore a red sleeze outfit during her performance but she isn't in that in the picture on the back porch (Is she?).

If so, where did she change? Would she be changing and putting on nails they she lost because she was thinking her boyfriend was going to pick her up? (When she couldn't get him, she said "scr** the nails"...she'd go with Kim.

Can someone post that back porch picture? I'd like to see her clothes again and see if her phone is perhaps in her hand. It would seem to me that it SHOULD have been safe in her purse at that time. I'm assuming they handed her, her purse.

It's hard to believe with the aggressive media and the Networks having people camped out in Durham that we don't have any knowledge of Crystal's intimate 'Drivers'.

Brian Taylor - NO criminal history known. He claims he barely knows Crystal. Address unknown. Is Brian his given name? Profession? City of Residence? Pending Criminal Charges?

Julian ? Is this right? Can someone provide his full name as reported. No reports on his address, background, criminal history. Unknown if he has any charges pending.


Boyfriend - Absolutely Nothing known except that Crystal inidcated she had sex with sometime around the party. Unbelievable that we don't know more at this point.

Also, Abrams statement that one dancer was performing sex acts on the other has to be factored into the sexual activity of the AV.

Within hours of the alleged Crime:
1 Boyfriend
2 Drivers
5 separate trips to Hotel rooms
and sex acts with a fellow stripper (a foreign object?)

Maybe a little investigation by Nifong would've explained the swelling without the Grand Inquisition

Peter Johnson on Fox: Why do they put this guy out there?

Kimberley Gilfoyle and Peter Johnson want to act like cases where people claimed they are harmed go before juries. In fact, most do not.

Imagine if all cases did go to court. Have you seen COPS?

How many Drunks people suffering with Mental Health Disorders call every night. The reason these cases don't all go to court is due to CREDIBILITY.

It's a fallacy to claim that everyone gets a trial, a judge or Jury if they claim they've been harmed by criminal means.

I watched Hannity and Colmes tonight (6/7/06)

Peter Johnson (liberal)
and Kimberly Gilfoyle were the guests.

It sure sounds like the Discovery Documents have made their way into the Media's hands.

Colmes, Johnson, and Hannity refer to specific language that one says he doesn't feel comfortable repeating from the 1300 pages (in regard to the SANE exam). Another mention by Hannity that it says X in the 1300 pages.

They did NOT say we are hearing, or if this is right, or from our sources, etc. No one objected and it really sound ed as if Hannity, Colmes, Johnson, and Gilfoyle had read the reports.

There was absolutely no commentary on the we don't know that or let's wait and see what it says or that's what the Defense says.

Was the Prosecution response a Leak of the 1300 pages?

I say this because the 3 men referred to INJURIES (including Hannity) and I would assume that if the injuries were limited ONLY to swelling, why wouldn't, at least Sean, have put it that way.

I definitely came away with the impression that the people on the program have read the actual docs.

Hannity & Colmes: Fox legal analyst Peter Johnson and Kimberly Guilfoil on panel. Never saw Johnson before, but he's one of the most unctuous, patronizing jerks I've seen. Sean nails him on the facts such as DNA results, etc.

Rough quotes from Johnson's response: "Sean, you make a compelling case. You would have made a good defense attorney. But I have to listen to what the nurse and doctor said about the exam being consistent with rape. I have to assume regularity with the DA's actions. I have to listen to the grand jury who saw the evidence. etc."

Kimberly pointed out that Nifong refused to look at exculpatory evidence from defense. Peter Johnson avoids her point in his response.

These cable shows sure dig up some slimeballs.

1. I think too many people read injuries in this case and think they are necessarily injuries to private parts. She showed up with cuts and bruises on her. She fell on the starts and maybe cut herself again or maybe openned up some old cuts. I am to the SANE and MD she looked beat up. She is a hooker, she came to the party beaten up.

2. I agree Hannity acted like he had read or at least had access to the entire 1300 pages of discovery. As why Hannity did not object, when it is three against one like that it is both hard to keep everything straight and correct all the leftist errors.

I saw Abrams say that and Abrams was mad. That was on 6/6/6 and on 6/7/06 he read letters referring to him being mad on the air.

I'm left to wonder if Abrams didn't take the gloves off there and said something he hadn't planned to. He said it, I heard it loud and clear.

He mentioned what he saw in the pictures himself, he was batting it around with Susan Filan and Georgia Goslee, whom were acting as if a rape had occurred and Abrams was getting a little frustrated. The male guest (Yale Galanter) said that Kim or the AV didn't look intimidated in the pictures. He said if you look at those pictures, you're not going to believe they were intimidated.

Abrams said what I saw was two buck naked women (someone interrupted him) and then he repeated what I saw
was two buck naked women laying on the floor performing sex acts on each other.

I think the this has gotten around in the Media too, because someone tonight (either Peter Johnson or Colmes) said on Hannity that the girls had SIMULATED sexual acts, in an effort to minimize the impact I suppose.

It was said in a way where it didn't really fit, like they were trying to get it in. Maybe they had planned beforehand that that was one spin they wanted to get out there.

This case is almost 90 days old, and it is the first time I've heard one of the talking heads refer to their dancing that night as SIMULATING sex acts. It's been called performances, dancing, etc, but not simulated sex acts.

I too heard someone mentioned simulated sex acts on H&C tonight. I agree this is a new bit of information.

This is one more reason Nifong is not calling Roberts. If there is no "fear" in evidence, pictures of them rolling naked on the floor are not germane.

But there I go, talking like there will be a trial again. Silly me.

In reference to your number 1, SANE injuries and people reading into them: we've really seen that from day one. Very true.

And I'll risk being called Captain Obvious here, but this woman is getting paid around $200-$400 an hour.
The people paying for her services (the 5 separate trips in the day or so before her party) are probably seeing or getting something more exotic than standard fare. Generally, the more someone is paying, the more intrusive or more unusal the activity is. So, if the woman has bites from a Gila monster in her pubic region, I would think it's more likely to be attributed to her professional business (in hotels) than to this alleged attack where her story continually deviated.

On top of all that, there's the sex she admits to with 2 drivers and her boyfriend, and no one should pass out if we eventually hear that Kim Roberts was using a sex toy on the AV during their performance that night. Abrams says performing sex acts on each other, so that may include foreign objects.
