Abrams said what I saw was two buck naked women (someone interrupted him) and then he repeated what I saw was two buck naked women laying on the floor performing sex acts on each other.

The Abrams Report yesterday was the first I recall hearing about that. My guess is that the defense is not displeased that it was made public.

Is the defense allowed to release copies of documents in the 1300 pages to the public? Apparently they can discuss whatever they want, but I wasn't sure if there were rules about releasing the DA's report itself.

Were those injuries the same ones the defense claimed were visible upon her arrival? I would think that a SANE report would show any visible injuries and list internal injuries. All Nifong has claimed was pain and swelling, which was on the report the defense had.

I do not think they can release information officially like medical reports. Medical reports are probably considered private.

I was wondering whether the prosecution had leaked it (or some of it) in response to their critics saying - why is Nifong not doing something? Why is the prosection allowing the victim to be bashed (their sentiment).

I doubt if either side can release it without both side agreeing and a judge giving it a pass. But, Leaks go on in every major case. They all leak. Good lawyers are also adept at getting out information in official court motions, which are public record.

I think I know what you mean. The Defense was leaking through the media that there was no abrasions, no tears, and no bleeding. Some Media people said the injuries only amounted to swelling in her private area.

I guess if you watch tonights (Hannity) show in a vaccum, you could think that there are injuries more serious than swelling. That's one interpretation. Maybe the medical terminology caused them to use the word injuries instead of swelling. Maybe they just got the report before the show or maybe Sean (as JLS has suggested) has tired of arguing every little point with the guests.

Just like everyone thought Nifong was saying one thing when technically he was not (found the money consistent with the AV's story, didn't mean $400 in the bathroom), I suspect before it's over, they're be things that the public misinterpreted from the carefully crafted words from the Defense.

I don't know, but I think some of the News Corpse got part of all of those actual reports because tonight on Hannity they were actually referring to exact quotes in the report.
Prior to this it had been characterizations from the one side or the other.

I expect in the upcoming week more information will come out on the discovery or the SANE report. Of course there's the polictically correct angle. There will be some pressure in some newsrooms to classify this as personal information - personal to the AV.

Some terms you may hear are:

Beats- A serious assault on a prostitute or other street person. May be laid on by a pimp, however, is very often orchestrated by the pimp but then carried out by other prostitutes.

I'm pretty sure that she didn't want to talk to that particular cop because he was pressing her for details because she changed her story so many times. Most likely he was on to her ploy to get out of being arrested or committed. She found a safe haven at DUMC and there were other cops on the scene by then, so she didn't need him anymore, especially since he was pressing her for details. Sean says in the 1300 pages I COUNTED 6 times where she changed her story. Sean says we NOW KNOW the Kim said she wasn't in the bathroom when the AV said she was.

Gilfoyle and Colmes misled the audience, in my opinion, when they stated that Nifong had no choice but to do the DNA testing and then redo much of it. You'd be hard pressed to find another Distric Attorney to launch an investigation of this magnitude on a woman with a history of Gang-rape allegations and mental health issues that gave six distinct versions. But, Kimberly says he had no choice in the matter.
