the good people of Philadelphia, whose football fans once famously booed and threw snowballs at Santa Claus WTF?!? I like people from Philly. At least the ones I've met. And I've spent quite a bit of time there.

Nope. The Ritalin allows their own abilities to function it DOESN'T make them smarter. (to keep with the analogy). Same with live balls and graphite etc. These things don't enhance anyones actual skills.
