"OK, so let's dance together.
How about..."
Er, no, I'll pass, thank you.

That song is so deep in phony, shallow sentimentality. One of his worst. I suppose you like 'LA is My Lady,' too? :-)

We're still referred to as Brew City USA...8^)

I think NYNY is one of Sinatra's best tunes.
To: Victoria Delsoul
Wow, you've got a lot of dancing partners there.

I like Sinatra and Elvis too, but lately, I've been getting into Nat King Cole. There are times I can't stand to listen to Rush and Jim Quinn here in Pittsburgh gets repetitious, I pop in Nat King Cole on the walkman and off I go. B-) I can listen to the radio/walkman at work so that helps make the day go by.

That comment wasn't directed to you. Read it carefully next time.

Two things in my defense:
a.) I was pinged.
b.) I'll dance. Just not to NYNY...8^)

Sometimes, watching the Indians, I need some of that brew, although they won today, 14-2.
To: Nowhere Man
I'm a big Nat King Cole fan, myself. When it comes to music, I'm oldschool. I think pop music since the early 1980s is astonishingly bad - right at about the time the industry ran Neil Diamond off the radio. :(

Don't listen to him. Anything you post is fine with me.
(Unless it's a picture of a coconut. I hate coconut.)

Sometimes watching the Brewers blow up makes us want to tap into some of the brew...
Not as bad as some years, but Harvey's Wallbangers they ain't.

Anytime.
I think NYNY is a great upbeat song about the city. I also like Viva Las Vegas by Elvis.
To: HitmanLV
I agree, pop(and most other) music since then is boring, forgettable sludge.
