My understanding is that Fox has now scrubbed the transcripts to have O'Reilly saying NORMANDY instead of Malmedy. Apparently, he's now trying to blame US soldiers for a different massacre, this one actually committed (again) by the SS, this time on Canadian troops.

So who knows what actually went down, since the transcripts are being altered to reflect unreality.

Scrubbed? Who starts this nonsense? From FNC website:

O'REILLY: And in Normandy, as you know, U.S. forces captured S.S. forces, who had their hands in the air. And they were unarmed. And they shot them down. You know that. That's on the record. Been documented.

And Iwo Jima, the same thing occurred. The Japanese attempted to surrender, and they were burned in their caves.
