2000 pounds? Where do you find a bar that can accommodate 44 plates? I have to confess that I've never seen a machine like that at any gym I've been to...

On one brand of leg press I can get 1500 pounds for reps of ten.

I would like to try more, but as you state, the machine will only take so many plates. The gym I was at had four 100 pound plates. The rest of the bar had to be loaded with 45s.

Anyway, I severely doubt Pat Robertson can press 2000 pounds.

Here is a picture of Ronnie Coleman leg pressing 2300 pounds.

As you state, there a A LOT of plates.

Methinks Pat Robertson is full of it.
