Evans, the third one indicted, was Image 5 in the line-up, Seligmann was Image 7, and Finnerty was Image 40. The unknown quasi-ID'd fourth guy was Image 4 in the line-up:

So, if the accuser was identifying 3.9 of the lacrosse players, and the .9 was the "90%" Evans, does that mean she was 100% certain of Image 4? If so, then why hasn't he been indicted? Is he turning for the DA?

Interesting that she doesn't mention anything he done anything other than assault her. The there two she mentions the penetration. Also interesting is that she mentions seeing some of the there players at the party and not the others. None the less this lineup is bogus if it only had lacrosse players in it.
