Yes, Kim was there long before CGM.
I recall something about Kim already being mad because CGM was so late, and CGM showed up already in her underwear, apparently a big faux pas.
Kim could certainly have been calling CGM.
That makes sense and fits with the caller saying the show was about to be cancelled.

Many have speculated that Kim and the AV knew each other, could that, if true, be the smoking gun? She may have known her as Nikki, but the only reason people thought they didn't know each other was Crysal's word (what is that worth?).
Kim was interested in the money, even Crystal said Kim didn't want to leave (still money to be had probably). The neighbor statement has Kim talking Crystal into going in with her at one point. Kim wanted the payday and she very well could've been the one making the calls.
But, wait - didn't her Father say she was buying a Rosary at the neigborhood store around that time!
