It doesn't make sense to me that a cop raped her inasmuch as there were several on scene, one of them female. If a cop had raped her, taking her to a hospital would be the last thing he would do.

Not what I meant....Doesn't mean she didn't say: "Take me in and I'll say you tried to rape me". If I were a cop, I'd take her directly to a SANE site to make sure she didn't pull this. (She hadn't told THIS cop that she had been raped).
It's exactly what happened in the city near me.
