Humm, I see a shortcut that says Recovery Disc Creator, when I click, it says Express Media Player Recovery CD, dont think that is it?

There is a Nero shortcut, but I dont see any record of files there to burn?

I think tech support got you going off into a different direction. :)

You'll have to drag and drop those files into the Nero window in order to burn those files to a CD. It's empty by default when you open Nero up.
