That seems to be their website IP, and no guarantee that information isn't being spoofed for security purposes anyway. Even if their customer proxies are using *nix, so what, so do most home router/firewalls. The point remains you can safely run Windows on the internet, else ~90% of users wouldn't be using it, and most don't even have a proxy like anonymizer.

Right because pointing to a website with your IP is the only vector to get a windows box compromised..
