I may be wrong here, but I thought this new "boyfiend and two drivers" came to light when the DA gave the discovery over to the defense attorneys. When the rape kit was used, the question was likely asked, "Whose DNA/semen will we find, besides the rapists'?"

(North Carolina looks forward to the disbarring of Mike Nifong.)

The above appears to be correct to me.
When the rape kit was used, the question was likely asked, "Whose DNA/semen will we find, besides the rapists'?"
I have little doubt she was asked that. What I doubt is that she answered truthfully at that time.
Nifong would not have been so confident that the DNA would tell him who was guilty, if she had told the truth to the SANE. The boyfriend's sample would would have been taken earlier too and they would not have had to do the second set of tests had she answered truthfully to the SANE.

I think the documents say she wasn't asked until after the 1st results came back. Nifong wouldn't have been so sure about the DNA if CGM had told the SANE she had unprotected sex with 3 guys. After the 1st DNA results came back is when Nifong clammed up for a while.
So, I think we can add lying to the SANE / DA to the list of things CGM has done.

I believe she said nobody else's semen would be found, and that was a reason Nifong was so confident about the DNA matching some lax players. That means that at the point Nifong was presenting the case to the GJ, he already knew Mangum is a liar on important points.
