Lawyers representing one of three Duke University lacrosse players charged with rape want details about any toxicology tests performed on the accuser, asking in a motion filed Monday whether such evidence even exists.
"No such toxicology report, if it exists, was provided to the defense," wrote attorneys Kirk Osborn and Ernest Conner, referring to nearly 1,300 pages of evidence prosecutors provided to defense attorneys last week. The attorneys represent Reade Seligmann, one of three lacrosse players charged with raping a woman hired to perform as a stripper at a March 13 team party.
Seligmann's attorneys want a judge to order prosecutors to provide any reports "generated from blood, urine or other biological samples" collected from the accuser. In the motion, they cited a story published in Newsweek earlier this month that said District Attorney Mike Nifong "hinted" such tests would reveal the presence of a date-rape drug.
Authorities have said a doctor and specially trained nurse performed a physical exam on the accuser that found evidence of sexual assault. But the nurse who filled out a report on that exam indicted no toxicology tests were performed, according to the defense motion.
Nifong declined to comment.

Have you ever had a conversation with Nancy Grace? You two would be a hoot together!
"If the "drivers" pulled up in a white car AFTER Kim had left with Crystal, then WHO was the woman Elmostafa saw walk around from the back of the house, arguing loudly with the boys, and get into the driver's side of that white car???"
Someone from the "escort service" trying to get the rest of the money the guys owed?
Kim did claim to have called the escort service to ask what to do with CGM while CGM was passed out in her car in front of 610. She said they were no help to her.
They were expecting, if I remember correctly from my reading of all these threads, a white female and an asian female. They were expecting something very professional, as depicted on TV and in the movies. What they got, were two quite common looking black women, erotically dancing together. I sure it was quite the nauseating turnoff it sounds, to me at least. Not at all what they thought they had ordered.
I have read that when the two began their dance, all of the players were totally unimpressed, and began to make suggestions. LOL, I'm sure Kim and Crystal were quite miffed. How dare these white boys! How dare they fail to show "proper respect" toward their black lovliness. Talk about a totally warped self-image.
All of this is, of course, my humble opinion, based on reading a ton of threads full of facts, and the opinions of all my fellow FReepers.

Nancy Full of ... Grace. NOT.
She and Wendy Murphy are both suffering from not having a man. Neither one of them looks like she's had her bell rung in the past decade.
You girls need to quit slinging insults
You felt you were insulted? LOL
WHO was the woman Elmostafa saw walk around from the back of the house, arguing loudly with the boys, and get into the driver's side of that white car???

I've got it! It was the AV's mouthpiece, her cousin Jackie! You know, the one who smiled like the Cheshire cat when asked if the family was preparing for a civil suit -- the one who didn't know about all the evidence that has blown the AV's accusations completely out of the water -- she was the Boss Lady and is the mouthpiece. (Just kidding.)
First of all, both strippers said they were paid. The defense version is that they were paid. When both sides say the SAME THING why do you need to invent the fact that the guys stiffed the strippers when that is contrary to what BOTH sides are saying?
Second, your contention is that an escort service would send a woman to collect on being stiffed on payment by a large party of rowdy athletes? Yeah, okay.
If the size 4 shoe fits ...
Kim said the guys ordered a white stripper and a hispanic stripper, and that Kim pretended to be hispanic. The defense said the guys ordered white strippers.
I agree. They think they're going to get some young hotties, and instead they get these two mean, snake-bit, tattooed, ugly, fat, nasty women. There was trouble, alright. They were too skanky even for this.
Thanks Sir John, all the many, many details of this whole case are kind of jumbled together in my mind. I just remembered that they did NOT expect what they actually got.

I thought the party was described as 4 or 5 guys to the escort service?
If I were a pimp and got a weird call about CGM from some girl I didn't know, I just might go out there and see what's going on, and I just might arrive too late to find out. I might also have another "dancer" in the car with me for whatever reason.
Kim could have taken CGM's dough and told the service CGM hadn't been paid in order to cause more trouble for the guys.
You do realize that I believe none of this, right? I hope you aren't taking this too seriously.
Kim is a born liar, so I do doubt every word out of her mouth.
Um, actually I was agreeing with you. I'm saying I don't think there was time between leaving the lax house and arriving Kroger's for a meet-up with the pimp, but as the evening relates to the pimp at all, I explained how he MIGHT have played into the events in terms of fear and control over Crystal and how that may have been a factor in some of her decisions and actions. Understand?
No need to get nasty. Sheesh.
Oh, bugger off. That isn't what I said at all. I haven't been with this forum very long, but I've written enough posts for other regulars on this subject to know what you said about me is clearly untrue.
"There was trouble, alright."
Yep, I'm sure there was. The guys had consumed, I'm sure, a fair amount of alcoholic refreshments. I am sure that they were fairly direct in their comments. That is NOT a crime,(their comments, not the underage booze consumption). As disgusting as I think this part of the story is, they had, after all paid for a Lexus, instead they were delivered a rusty, old, toyota. They vocalized their feelings of having been taken, having been cheated. The "girls" were offended. Too bad.
You know, its amazing to me, these women are involved in a dirty, disgusting, miserable, degrading business. I don't care what anyone says, they CHOSE this business. Then they get all hoity-toity and massively offended when they are not given the "respect" they think they have coming. Give me a break.

I find this completely believable - that Kim stole the money and was planning to later tell Crystal or Crystal's escort service that the guys must have stolen it from her. However, I don't think Kim would have been asked by Crysal, "Hey, where's the $400 that was in my purse" until at least after Crystal was awake at the Kroger and probably not until the following day, so it just doesn't fit with a conjectured pre-1:00 a.m. visit to the house by an escort service person to collect the $400.
Very true. It wouldn't have come up had she been a biology major. Of course, a lot of biologists are flaming environazi leftists, lol, and probably no scientific field is safe from them. But I agree "Women's Studies" screams "man-hating leftist psycho." I guess I feel the same way about nurses as I do firemen. I'm going to assume the best about them as individuals until they're proved unworthy of that benefit out of the great respect I have for the profession and my admiration of those who are engaged in it.
I can't wait to hear Nifong's ideas about what happened. Is he going to say that the photo at the car is actually the LAX players dragging CGM out of it, per one version of her tale?
If he says the words "fake mustache" in court, I am going to laugh myself silly.
He can't be thinking of using any of those silly ideas can he? He would have had a fake mustache on the warrant if he believed such a thing....
It's really hard to say what Nifong will do. He appears to be cornered, to me. I just don't see how he can go on, or how he can back out.
Vn_survivor, I've told you what I know about the subject, and frankly I think this poor horse has been beaten, whipped, stabbed, pummeled, and shot to death enough times now. I'm not going to research the subject because the knowledge won't change matters. It's irrelevant how long the sample is good if a positive test of the sample can't pinpoint ingestion to within minutes of the events in question, and it can't.
No offense intended.
