Well, it's real insofar as it's a picture of a pregant woman smoking a cigarette. But it's not Britney Spears, despite the name of the photo ("Britney-793273.jpg").
If you look at the lower left corner, you see a few white spikes, as if something was cropped off the bottom. It was -- that's the top of the logo of "CJ" (consumptionjunction.com), a weird/sick/porn website. I will not post a link to it because that site is completely incompatible with the morals of FR.
Anyway, no way is that Britney. Besides, I don't think the real Britney's got a tat like that across her abdomen. I'm no fan of hers, but geez, let's give the girl -some- credit.

I agreed with you all in every way (except I was willing to believe it was water) until I went to the photo site link above.
WHAT mother doesn't drop her drink and grab her baby harder? WHAT mother doesn't immediately soothe her infant when he's been jerked around and almost falls?? Hmmmm? Something is wrong here. I looked and looked to see if there was some gap in time that was not shown, but it looks as if she was just unaware of the baby completely.
You can disagree, and I will listen to other parents, but it looks as I have described to me.
