You are correct- it was spring break. My son came home the 11th and flew back on the 19th. The LAX players probably didn't go home b/c of practice, after all, they were in the middle of their season.

Right, but what I'm saying is that if instead of the photos staying the entire time with the third party service provider, if they passed through the hands of computers of the lax team members (or their friends) then they might not be admissible. That is unless they were sent immediately to friends and that could be documented. That would at least put a "not later than" time stamp on the photos.
