Not that I'm aware of but it wouldn't surprise me. Dukie07 - do you know.

Of course there was the big flap a few years back when they did a kidney transplant and screwed it up by making a mismatch. Turned out that the recipient was an illegal and that, given the shortage of kidneys, no one could figure out how an illegal got to the top of the list. Apparently, there was a policy of, every now and again, hopping down the list to find one.

Does Duke have an in-state tuition program for illegals?

Duke is a private school so there's no such thing as "in-state tuition". They could award scholarship money to a student if they chose to but I am not aware of illegals attending. My son is a sophomore there.
