DURHAM, N.C.—One of three Duke University lacrosse players charged with rape wants the case resolved in time for the next school year, his lawyer said in court yesterday. But the judge warned he will not fast-track the proceedings.
The case "is not going to jump ahead of the line and be handled any differently," Superior Court Judge Ronald L. Stephens said at a hearing for sophomore Reade Seligmann.
After the brief hearing, District Attorney Mike Nifong said he does not expect any trial to begin before next year.

I bet that she screamed "rape", that night, because she thought that DCFS was going to take her out of wedlock, the first from and adulterous affair, away from her.
this was predictable. The News Corpse printed and broadcast every Rumor early on that made this crime seem more brutal and the perpetrators more evil (such as the Players requesting two black strippers (which never happened)).
Now when the information is coming out showing it was not what it seemed, the Drive-by media is moving on. This case gets less coverage every day, even when news like this is coming out.

Wonder if the Defense has enough to file a complaint with the bar now. I'm sure it will happen nut not quite sure what the timing will be. I think you nailed it there. Why would both "drivers" be a potential source for DNA inside her - this from the AV herself.
And we should be open to finding out this was a much larger operation than first thought. Did these 2 Drivers/Pimps/drug suppliers both work for her boyfriend?
5 separate round trips to a HOTEL in one weekend. That has Call-girl or prostitute written all over it. Prostitute's regularly get hotel rooms and then work from there.
And people forget - this party was on Monday night. These PIMPS are saying that within 24-48 hours of the party, she had 5 separate round trips to a Hotel and the AV herself also said the she has sex with her "boyfriend" and the two drivers in that time period also. That's 8 different men/sexual events that she is WILLING to admit too.
That Swelling could've come from Jesse Jackson - or a number of common infections or STDs- this is ridiculous.

I read where divorce lawyers are having to change their tactics due to scientific evidence that Ulcers are NOT caused by stress. At one point, they were used in alimony, etc.
Ulcers are NOT caused by stress. But, it didn't stop several talking heads from pointing to Ulcers as proof the AV is really suffering from this case.

Mrs. Kendall on Fox reported that according to Defense sources looking through the documents provided in Discovery, that at one point the AV says the Kim was in the Bathroom during the Gang-Rape, when investigators asked Kim about this, she said that is a CROCK.
Wonder if the DPD Prostitution Ring re-opened for business?
