I like the use of DNA as identification but are they able to do it on a mass basis quickly?
I like your list. If committing a felony would be grounds for deportation, the lawlessness might be curtailed.

They can take the picture, Finger prints and just take a drop of blood to process for the purposes of linking up to any future crimes.
For many business licenses they require FBI searches and prints, so we can have two kinds of employment.
One
Log term by one employer who must by law verify the legality of the employee.
Two
A legal worker temp agency, where daily or part time workers could be verified and sent out on a short term basis. The liability for legality verification can be with the temp agency instead of the short term employer.
That is what I would do.

The majority of crime according seems to be from illegals in our state and there had to be an increase in prisons to take on the 50% increase in crime.
So we do have to do something.
