Several posters have pointed out that the legal fees related to this matter will likely be very high.

Assuming that this matter goes to trial next spring and that all three of the boys are acquitted at that time, how much are the legal fees likely to be for each of them?

Assuming that the judge refuses to reduce the $400,000 bond for each of them, the loss of use of these funds obviously would be a further cost to each of them.

Dang, I cannot even balance my checkbook and you're asking me?? lol

This travesty could financially ruin these people and it scares me....it could be any of us having to spend our retirements/homes/futures to defend our kids against a political/racial witchhunt.

Heaven help us all.

Given that the players have bonded closely by this point, I think it's natural to think that they would pooled their families resources to defend the three. Afterall, due to the eenie meenie nature of the case, it could be any three of them on the stand.
