Yes the billing system would save the calls completed, but not necessarily the calls not answered. I don't know.
The "local" information could be interesting also.
Duke, or at least Duke faculty have made many prejudicial comments injurious to the reputation of all 47 players. They have varying grounds to sue the school.
Don't forget McFayden, who got suspended for reading a novel ASSIGNED TO A CLASS.

Every time I see you post in the A.M. (which is not now) .............. I think of these old lyrics and melody .......
****
When the sun is high in the afternoon sky You can always find something to do
But from dusk till dawn as the clock ticks on
Something happens to you
In the wee small hours of the morning
While the whole wide world is fast asleep
You lie awake and think about the boy
And never ever think of counting sheep
When your lonely heart has learned its lesson
You'd be his if only he'd call
In the wee small hours of the morning .............
****
................. not bad, eh?
What about photos?
CGM's phone is listed as a camera phone on the warrant.
Abrams: In court today, DA fighting a little with defense, not much, over issues of what defense is entitled to. Case seems different in that defense wants to move quickly.
Georgia Goslee: It's a little unusual. I'm perplexed why this case, the defense wants to rush it through.
Well, duh, Georgia. THe defendant is typically entitled to a speedy trial and the kids want to get on with their lives. Sheesh - stupid, stupid woman.
This federal prosecutor is a smuckette
Why push for a speedy trial????
That black woman is getting on my nerves.
Panelist on Abrams: Nifong doesn't want case to go quickly because he still wants to know what he's doing and is hoping one of those players will say something.
HAH--One said Nifong wants to go slow--He still needs to figure out what he's going to do.
Flash memory will last a long time unless tampered with which is what I'm afraid might have happened.
Smuckette thinking Nifong doing a great job.....
OMG...who IS this woman with Dan???
LOL, Black panelist saying Nifong is "methodically" investigating the case.
btw, I still can't stand the fact that I'm agreeing with Yale.
They have to have the number in order to do that.
She's too stupid to be wasting airtime.
Yale: When issue came up of accuser's cell phone, Nifong said at first he wasn't sure it was in police custody. Then he said police haven't looked at it yet. How can he not have examined the data in the phone when the timeline is so serious in this case?
Other panelist: Under discovery, defense is absolutely entitled to have that evidence in the phone.
Black idiot female: Nifong is doing a good job and methodolically planning his case and I don't believe what Yale is saying and other pundits. Thinks Nifong is having good moments here.
Yale: I have to disagree with you. Nifong is reacting to what's coming out and he doesn't know this case from Adam.
Black idiot female: He knows this case.
She's dumber than the rocks in my yard.
Abrams: Under NC he's not allowed to keep info hidden, right?
Ed West: Absolutely right. If it's in Nifong's file, the defense is entitled to it.
Does anybody think AV took pictures with her fancy cell phone on her barely making it wages?
Cool! I never saw them live. That Ian Anderson is one whacked out Scottsman. Who the heck thought the flute is a good lead instrument for a rock band?
Yep!
She thinks Nifong knows way more about this case.
Yale: Not what he showed today about that cell phone!
LOL!
Abrams: He can't keep what he has hidden forever.
Note to smuckette: he is a season traffic court prosecutor.
Since you pay for those, I cant see why retrieving them would be a problem.
If she made or recieved text messages, they could possible be lost. Somehow however, I think this drunk ho sent any out,... but thats just my gut reaction..
