However, this still sounds ridiculous to me. I'd like to see the whole story, but even the most "condemning" reports so far (I live here) look as if there was "excessive force", if you will.

Oh I agree. Given the cesspool that Baltimordor is, their story is completely plausible to me. However, this young woman, and young women in general, would do well to learn to stand up straight and speak clearly and cogently. They do themselves no favors by, like, talking, all like, teeney-boppers.

Years back I was directed to pull over to the curb by an Officer Grossclose in Prince George's County, MD, a paler but otherwise identical imitation of Baltimore.

He immediately wrote me a ticket for parking in a no-parking zone.

Place hasn't gotten better.

In recent years black motorists got the idea Maryland cops were targeting them. Lotsa'luck. Maryland cops target everybody, and then show us they use lots of dope.

Couple of years back the FBI caught the Maryland disease and an agent managed to shoot a Boy Scout in the face while his hands were raised per the agent's directions.

I try to avoid Maryland and have regularly gone through West Virginia to do just that.
