GUNFIRE AT WAFFLE HOUSE AFTER WHITES, HISPANICS ARGUE OVER CITIZENSHIP
A parting gunshot from a vehicle leaving Waffle House in West Asheville, NC shattered a window and caused a minor injury, police said.
The shooting happened around 3:00 a.m. Saturday after a group of whites argued with a group of Hispanics at the 24-hour restaurant on Smokey Park Highway, Asheville police Lt. Wallace Welch said
The two groups were jawing back and forth with each other over citizenship issues and whatnot, Welch said.
As the Hispanic group drove off, someone in the vehicle fired at least once into a large window near the front door, he said.
Whether from a ricocheted bullet or flying glass, Welch said, one mans arm was bleeding when police arrived.
Police were looking for a white Dodge Intrepid that left the restaurant going west.
The CITIZEN-TIMES newspaper first reported the incident, and is currently streaming the 9-11 calls from the Waffle House on its website.

Bump. Had to read several sentences to find out "which" group in this racially biased attack used lethal force to make their point.

Well, why don't we put it like this: The Occupiers of the United States have begun to use deadly force to insure their continued occupation. While the US has laws, many enforcers ignore those laws. Even if they are enforced, the transgressors will join the 37% currently enjoying being supported in the US penal system.

Around here in that first illegal aliens parade, the hispanic highschool students took time out to stab somebody.
Is this supposed to be a surprise or a warning from those guys?

I'm sure you've noticed but your thread has been relegated to Chat. Strange! It will probably be put into the "Smoky Back Room" once the comment removals start.

Gunshots at Waffle House are nothing new to Asheville. I worked at similar greasy spoon there in 1980 that had a bullet hole above in the grill hood from some late night drunk regular with a gun that was showing off.

THAT will be the true test of the Administration's cajones. Sorry to point this out to you but last night was the test. Whatever cojones this Administration had are now in a jar on Presidente Fox's desk.

Look for the Asheville City Council to pass a resolution banning the discussion of illegal immigration in public.

I am very afraid that you are right. And, if this is the case, I wonder what kind of speech Bush will make in the Fall. The economy will eventually slow and the job market will soften.
I also foresee Americans and Mexicans fighting literally hand-to-hand for a few job openings in the future.
Job riots will turn bloody and get out of hand.
Could make the race riots of the 1960s look like a picnic.

NO. Round up the illegals and send them home from whence they came. Close the border to ALL illegals. And yes I do have an attitude.
i was bartending last night when bush's speech came on. you sound alot more civil and rational than the guys there. oddly enough, the two "mexicans" that were there were about the most opposed to immigration out of anyone there.
aside from the chronic use of the "f" word, most suggestions involved permanent, violent solutions.

nope. both were born of socially liberal mothers who bedded illegal mexican men. the men ended up going home. one was raised by a single white mom, the other adopted by a different white couple. both now have an intense hatred for mexicans, especially illegals.
