I stay with the safe stuff like Tang. Nothing like an ice cold Tang after cleaning out your dishwasher with it. 8>)

Interesting info. Personally I don't like the taste of sports drinks

Senior research fellow at the Gatorade Sports Science Institute? Now there's an unbiased arbiter of all things science. Myself, I'd rather get a job as professor emeritus at the Hamburgler School of Nutrition at Ronald McDonald University.
