There should be a universal gag order for all rape and sexual assault trials. The media should not be allowed to cover it at all until the trial is over. This horrible media storm discourages anyone from pressing charges. Your name, and your families names will all be posted on the internet. The accuser should be thought of as innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, not the court of public oppinion. This is all just really horrible. Some of these people on this thread have lost all objectivity and reason. They have gone off the deep end. Maybe they should take their meds. And you are welcome, I was happy to serve.

Hey, hootiebird: The idea that a DEFENDANT is innocent until proven guilty was tossed out the door when this idiot Ass-Clown District Attorney gave some 70 press interviews, leaking like a sieve. What about THEIR rights? Toss in the history of this skanky slut accuser "exotic dancer" call-girl (whore) escort, with her previous charges against three men from 10 years ago, her mental history, and the coincidental nearly identical case from Florida (where she probably got the idea to set these rich white boys up for a lawsuit) and what have you got? You want to afford the ACCUSER protection? Fair is fair. If she tosses manure into a fan, it flies right back at her.

An accuser has caused much grief to dozens of families, all with no real basis. The person should not be protected. That's not our system of justice. Communist China is more to your liking, I think.
