WTVD just had exclusive interview with lab that performed the DNA testing. He said that specimens that were large enough to be visible by human eyes would be more than enough to provide complete DNA. Logic then says this must have been "microscopic" DNA since it was not enough.

I wish Cheshire had been clearer at the presser on how the nails came to police. Did the guys pluck them from the trash and hand them over, which sounds strange? Or did the guys see "fake fingernails" on the search warrant and tell police they had put them in the trash can, which sounds reasonable and exeulpatory?
