Let's be real: The press has put out so much distorted information, it kept us reeling. That won't change until this gets back in the court.

From what I can see, the Defense attorneys will ask for a dismissal AND GET IT.

Once we get past that, everything should go into the Public Domain and we will find out the truth....unless the judge seals the records under some pretense. I don't think he can but one never knows.

Then the Defense attorneys will file a complaint against NiFong and the DA's Office. Then again, with Bennett as one of the Defense Lawyers, they might deal with NiFong behind closed doors.
