Even though the broomstick theory has been discussed both here and in the media, I don't remember EVER seeing a broom, or broomstick in any of the evidence collected.
Does anyone have a memory if it being listed as evidence?

There was no broomstick listed in the report filed by police and released to the public/internet that we read a few weeks ago.
Also, during questioning, the stripper was asked if the players used their bodies and she said specifically that they did (I think that's right and my memory hasn't failed me. LOL)
Regardless, Smoking Gun had her entire statement to police and she never mentioned a broomstick.
No broom was mentioned in any of the search warrants; not to the house and not to the dorms.
I wonder if Nifong will arrest the ATM machine next year and charge it with having the wrong timestamp? And, no, I am NOT kidding; I bet he spends taxpayers' money to have that damn thing calibrated.

It was not among the items listed as seized, and it was not among the items listed to be seized. It was mentioned in her story to police, however, as reflected in the affidavit in support of the search warrant, which reveals she claims someone yelled they wanted the women to use a broomstick.
I don't remember our frat having a broomstick. We usually cleaned the house with a shovel.
There was no broom listed in the search warrant, either to be searched for or as being taken. There is no allegation about being raped with a broom except from Mangum's father. Roberts stated that the re,ark aboout the broom is what frightened them into wanting to leave, that's all. Then Mangum's pathological liar of a father began making the claim when the DNA came back negative. Then some screaming lunatic lawyers on TV picked it up - Wendy Murphy, that older black female lawyer who is a real dingbat, and I think Nancy Grace picked it up, too. That is the sum total of the allegation. Nifong has never alleged it and Mangum has never alleged it.
