I think some judge will toss the ID before the trial. There are afterall federal courts when ones civil rights are being trampled on. The problem with that is it is also the logic of a local judge under pressure to let the federal courts decide.

It takes so little to indict and the judge can be VERY selctive in the info he gives the jury.

Oops, glad I called. The high school state championships are on both 18 hole courses where I belong. So I am back for the better part of the day.
