I doubt the entire report was leaked to the media. The DA office selectively leaked the tiny portion that implicated the Dukies. LIEfong apparently still thinks there was a rape and that one of the boys would have cracked with this information. The plan backfired because LIEfong is clearly insane.

The man is corrupt to his core.

I caught the press conference on CNN / Nancy Grace's show -- the defense attorney specifically said that Nifong did not leak this to anybody, "undoubtedly because of the nature of the information itself" or something like that. Nifong's the corrupt one here (as usual).

BTW, West-Coasters still have a chance to catch Nasty's reaction to the "named male known to the Durham PD" quote. on the 10 PM rerun tonite. BACKPEDAL NANCY BACKPEDAL! "Well, it wasn't the same kind of test, and we were told that it was 'consistent with', and blah blah blah..." NFW NANCY YOU WHORE FOR THIS THIRD-WORLD PROSECUTOR! Last night (I wish I had put up a thread) this second DNA report of "tissue" was her lead story; it was a "bombshell", coming in on Thursday night it was "a Hail Mary pass, and it was a TOUCHDOWN for the prosecution!"
