That's all the news has now; he just gave them the reports right before 5 p.m., and it's not a written report, it's data........but WRAL and ABC11 say that "sources" say it links the 3rd player.

Second Round Of DNA Results Released To Attorneys In Duke Case
POSTED: 5:26 pm EDT May 12, 2006
UPDATED: 5:52 pm EDT May 12, 2006
DURHAM, N.C. -- District Attorney Mike Nifong began distributing a second round of DNA test results to defense attorneys in the Duke lacrosse investigation late Friday afternoon.
As reported Thursday, the results show a partial DNA match with one of the lacrosse players who has not yet been charged.
The private lab tested finger nails, hair samples and other pieces of possible evidence. The report has scientific data, which defense attorneys began reading Friday afternoon to determine if there are any other matches involving the alleged rape of an exotic dancer at a lacrosse party. Defense attorneys said the first round of DNA results did not show a match.
Two players, Colin Finnerty and Reade Seligmann, have been indicted in the investigation.
The grand jury is scheduled to meet Monday, and Nifong will likely seek the indictment of the third suspect with the new report.
In addition to the Rape Jackets, they of course had a Rape Dropcloth.
Thanks
Susan Filan hosting for Dan. It was sad. Yale was explaining that DNA on a press on nail found in a trash can is a far cry from Dna found in the girl. Susan yelled broomstick broomstick!
A partial match is not a match. It's 13 markers or nothing.
Was that on at the very first.........did I miss it on the rerun?
LOL!
Thanks
NiFong isn't certified to be human....where can he be sent?
Nope coming up next
They're called rape hoodies...Get with it! It's 2006!!
It is almost as if the boys have a "rape kit" which, in this case, is essential for the professional rapist to do a thorough job.
I want to see where this leaked "90%" number comes from and whether it lasts the night.
This case is just breathtaking.
Now, do misdemeanor warrants expire after two years, or is the statute of limitations on misdemeanors two years? Those are two entirely different things. In some states, warrants don't expire, period.
SF is having fantasies about broomsticks....that's sick
Sorry, I forgot we have the missing woman story first!
She must be pricing them because the lease is up on her current one.
LOL
From staff reports DURHAM The results of a second round of DNA tests on evidence in the Duke University rape investigation were returned to the district attorney and defense lawyers this afternoon. Both the defense and prosecution declined to discuss what the report reveals.
District Attorney Mike Nifong said he picked up the complete report on the DNA tests today from a private laboratory, LabCorp, located in Alamance County.
The test results were given to me personally in Burlington today, he said.
The tests were ordered on evidence gathered from the house at 610 N. Buchanan Blvd., where a hired escort claims she was raped by three members of the Duke lacrosse team. A rape kit was also taken from the woman who made the report, and DNA samples and other identifying evidence were taken from 46 members of the lacrosse team.
Another series of DNA tests was executed at a laboratory of the State Bureau of Investigation and those results were released to the district attorneys office April 10. According to defense attorneys, those results showed no DNA was found in or on the woman who said she was raped.
I am not so sure there will be a press conference by the defense now that the case has entered into the court via indictments.
The AV forgot to mention anything about the sodomy when she was going throuh her very credible lineup.
Now we're going to arrest a guy with a mustache who doesn't really have a mustache! But of course she's credible... Her ID three weeks later must take into account her post traumatic syndrome. We'll hear experts tell us all about women who see imaginary facial hair when they're stressed.
